General Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping info:

 

Processing Time: 2-3 days for 75% orders

4-5 days for 20% orders

Over 5 days for 5%

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other external factors.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping


We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions


- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders may not be shipped to multiple addresses.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages


Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at dropbusinessmh@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
